Shipping and Returns
Our policies on shipping, returns, and refunds.
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. The Company is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping courier or any force majeure.
Shipping Refund: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a verified BSD or courier error.
- Eligible for return: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective upon arrival, incorrect item was delivered, and there is a verified manufacturing defect. All return requests must be filed within seven (7) calendar days from delivery.
- Not eligible for return: The following are strictly non-returnable: change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, opened, used, activated, or tampered items, accessories, freebies, and consumables once opened, and items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Return conditions: Approved returns must be: In original condition, with complete packaging, accessories, manuals, freebies, and with proof of purchase. BSD reserves the right to reject returns that fail inspection
- Conditions for Returns and Refunds: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and accessories, and its original sales invoice. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds: Once the returned item passes inspection: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, will have a processing time of 7–14 business days, and bank processing times may vary.
